Donghua high speed colloid mill is driven by an electric motor. The rotor has 3-4 grade shear grooves and stator to conduct high speed rotation. The materials pass through a gap between the rotor and stator where they are subjected to large shear forces, friction and high-frequency vibration, for pulverization into fine grain. Limited by its speed, common colloid mills are not suitable for dyes and paints. With a rotation speed of over 3000 r/min and a relative line speed of 30-40m/s, Donghua high speed colloid mill provides an outstanding shear effect and fineness degree. After passing through our high-speed colloid mill 1-3 times, paints and dyes can be ground to particles with diameter less than 30μm.
